Dennis Fry is a highly experienced engineer, project manager and dispute resolution professional, with a background in manufacturing, shipyard and offshore construction, oil & gas and other extractive and process industries. As a result of his wide ranging experience in industry and dispute resolution, combined with his legal education and training, he is able to understand and analyse the interrelating technical, contractual and legal issues involved in complex multi-disciplinary projects. He is able to relate well to individuals from all walks of life, from the factory floor to the boardroom, and from the individual litigant to eminent judges and QC’s. By virtue of his extensive experience, personal skills and qualifications he is ideally suited to act as Arbitrator, Mediator, Adjudicator, Expert Determination Appointee or Dispute Board Member in a wide range of disputes, in particular those involving Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Water & Effluent Treatment, Metals and Minerals Processing, Construction, Marine and Manufacturing.
